In these immersive sessions, students are guided through the fundamentals of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga in alignment with traditional methods. Classes typically include a guided Half Primary Sequence with Sanskrit counting, cultivating rhythm, focus, and breath-led movement. Emphasis is placed on drawing awareness inward through steady Ujjayi breathing, the intelligent use of drishti (gaze), and the application of bandhas to support stability, lightness, and the safe containment of energy within the body. Alongside physical practice, I share practical insights into sustaining a long-term practice, injury prevention, and developing consistency both on and off the mat. These classes are an invitation to explore Ashtanga as a holistic practice — one that integrates breath, movement, concentration, and philosophy into a steady and sustainable path.

Item dMonthly Yin Yoga
75-minute restorative Yin Yoga | 6:30pm, last Thursday of each month
A calm and deeply restorative Yin Yoga class that offers space to slow down, reconnect with your body and turn your attention inward.
This class is inclusive and accessible to all bodies and all levels of experience. If you have a body, you have a yoga body. You do not need any previous yoga experience to join.
The practice takes a simple, no-frills approach. Rather than focusing on achieving particular shapes or performing a perfect practice, the class is about finding a comfortable and supportive way to connect with your body and yourself. You will be guided through gentle, sustained postures with options to adapt the practice to your own needs.
Occasionally, the class will feature collaborations with local musicians, incorporating ambient music and kirtan for a more immersive experience. These special sessions will be announced in advance.
