Guided Group Fast in April

Join us on a professionally guided (by naturopath, Tim Altman0 juice fast in April where you can fast for any period from 3 days to 2 weeks. You will experience a comprehensive cleanse and restart for your digestive system, cellular health, nervous system, immune system, and your body in general.

The fasting program will be individually tailored to your requirements/needs and your progress will be individually assessed along the way via bio-impedence body composition and cellular health analysis. In addition, you’ll have the option of utilising a range of modalities to support the cleansing and rejuvenating process of the fast via the facilities and classes at Sublime Health Club - including sauna therapy, ice baths, hot baths, meditation, breathwork, yoga and more.

Join solo or with a partner for FEAST — part workshop, part ritual — designed to awaken your senses, nourish your spirit, and explore the beauty of presence, pleasure, and connection.

What to Expect:
• Guided mindfulness & embodiment practices
• Sensory exploration with a partner or solo
• Access to a shared creative toolkit
• Space for self-expression and sacred connection
• A warm, welcoming environment (partial nudity permitted in a respectful, non-sexual context)

Dress Code:
Wear something sensual, comfortable, and you. Skin contact is part of the experience, and the space will be warm.
