BREATHWORK & LIVE SOUND JOURNEY

An Intimate Breathwork Journey

Thursday 17 September | 6:30pm–9pm
Limited to just 10 people | Exchange $45

An intimate evening to slow down, turn inward and explore the breath.

We’ll journey together through a guided Breathwork practice, supported by live sound, music and gentle guidance — with space afterwards to land, share, connect and simply be.

With only 10 places available, this gathering will be intentionally small, allowing plenty of space for individual support and a more personal experience.

The evening will include:

Guided Breathwork Journey
Live Sound & Music
Gentle guidance and support
Time for integration and sharing
Connection and community

There’s nothing you need to achieve or become.

Simply an invitation to arrive as you are, breathe, listen, and see what wants to unfold.

The invitation

Breathwork can offer us an opportunity to soften, release, express, let go, open up and reconnect with ourselves.

For some, the journey may feel deeply emotional or powerful.

For others, it may be quiet, peaceful, grounding and spacious.

You may move, make sound, cry, laugh, rest, feel deeply connected — or simply breathe and experience a beautiful sense of stillness.

There is no experience we are trying to create and nowhere you need to get to.

I’ll never ask you to force or push your way through the journey. You’ll be invited to listen to your own body and move intuitively with whatever feels right for you on the night.

Sometimes Breathwork can feel like release.

Sometimes peace.

Sometimes connection.

Sometimes a remembering.

Sometimes simply a gentle coming home to yourself.

Your journey is uniquely yours.

A little about Breathwork & safety

The style of Breathwork used during this session can involve periods of deeper and more connected breathing and may create strong physical or emotional experiences.

Temporary effects can include light-headedness, dizziness, tingling or numbness, changes in body temperature, muscle tension or cramping, emotional release, feelings of anxiety, and occasionally fainting.

Some of these sensations can simply be part of the way the body responds to deeper, connected breathing — through movement, emotion, sound, tingling, warmth or other physical sensations. There is no right or wrong way for your experience to unfold, and you’ll be gently supported throughout.

You are always encouraged to listen to your body, slow the breath, return to natural breathing or pause at any time.

Because of the intensity of this style of Breathwork, please speak with me before booking if you are pregnant or have a history of cardiovascular conditions, high blood pressure, seizures or epilepsy, recent surgery or significant injury, panic attacks, psychosis, or another medical condition that may be affected by intensive breathing practices.

If you’re unsure whether Breathwork is appropriate for you, please check with your doctor or healthcare professional before participating.

An intimate evening of breath, sound, sharing and connection.

Come as you are.
