Max Needleman
Traditional Thai Massage | 1:1 Yoga | Pilates | Functional Movement Training
Max is a qualified Physiotherapist, massage therapist and Yoga teacher. He believes that healthcare should be holistic, proactive, inclusive, affordable, nurturing and patient focused. It is for this reason that he uses longer consultation times and a tiered payment system.
In addition to six years of Physiotherapy training and practice, Max has undergone over 1000 hours of yoga and bodywork/massage training in Australia, India and Thailand. Max has a special interest in the nuances of how lifestyle can affect health, mood and energy. When not caring attentively for patients, Max can be found in nature, practicing yoga/qi gong, or enjoying a warm cup of tea.
If you feel sore, tired or have ever felt doubt about your ability to move freely, come and see Max for high quality, tailored and integrative therapy.

RELAXATION / DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE.
Our bodies store an immense amount of tension, emotion and blockages that can affect not only our physical wellbeing but also our emotional and energetic states. Massage can be a highly effective way to improve the health of all these areas and more. Using a combination of flowing movements, pressure points and stretches, we can encourage the muscles and tissues to release some of this tension, and support the nervous system into a state of deep relaxation and repair.
AYURVEDIC MASSAGE (ABHYANGA)
Drawing on the principles of Ayurveda, medicated herbal oils are chosen to target your individual constitution and current state of health, to encourage the body and nervous system back towards balance. We work on the nadis (energy channels) and marma points through the body, for a beautifully nourishing experience for body, mind and spirit.
Miriam Fathallah
About Miriam
As a student and practitioner of Tantra, I learned the Kashmiri directly from my teacher in South Africa in early 2024, and the nourishment I felt as a result of receiving the practice empowered me to be open and available for so much more in my life. I am honoured to offer this resource and experience to my friends and neighbours here on the Surf Coast. I also offer private and group Tantric Sensory rituals, dance events, and retreats. My work is informed by Kashmir Shaivism (traditional Tantra), Zen Buddhist Mindfulness, Islamic mysticism, Authentic Relating, somatic practices & astrology to produce opportunities for awakening, healing & interbeing.

KASHMIRI — The Yoga of Touch
A 2-hour private ritual including 1.5 hours of meditative, wave-like touch and 60 minutes of guided preparation.
Rooted in traditional Tantra, Kashmiri massage is a sacred, non-sexual embodiment practice inviting deep surrender, platonic intimacy, and presence. Inspired by the loving touch of a parent, this experience helps dissolve the boundaries between self and other — offering grounding, nourishment, and reverence for the body as sacred terrain.
Benefits may include:
• Reconnection after trauma or touch-deprivation
• Deep relaxation and nervous system regulation
• Heightened body awareness and trust
• Surrender into softness, intimacy, and presence
