About our classes
-
Annabel teaches Traditional Hatha Yoga. Each class includes asana, pranayama and meditation. We work with a combination of both static and dynamic asanas (postures), infused with targeted pranayama (breath-work). The overall intention of practice is to stabilise the mind, liberate stuck energy, increase vitality, and direct prana (energy) for healing, self-empowerment and liberation.

Mindfulness Meditation with Peter
Foundations of Mindfulness. Each class will involve practising the basics of mindfulness: walking and sitting meditation as well as instruction in how to observe the body and mind. Classes will also involve discussion and Q&A around your meditation practiceMy main intention with this class is to stop, settle and breathe, to balance yinyang and boost vitality, as we re-energise our focus to move through the seasons with flow.Expressive Meditation with Kate
With years of experience in creative art therapy, sound healing, and meditation. I have combined these skills into a class called Expressive meditation. I bring a heartfelt passion for guiding others toward inner peace and self-expression. Also trained with Tantric yoga & forever a student I love to explore Himalayan breath & philosophy within my classes. Through the gentle power of sound and artistic exploration, I create a nurturing space where you can connect with your emotions, release tension, and rediscover balance. -
Qi gong and Bagua are internal martial arts in the family of Tai chi. During class participants will be taken through a gentle warm up, movements that strengthen the joints and surrounding muscles whilst incorporating the breath to bring alignment between body, mind and spirit. Standing meditation, gathering Qi energy and naturally warming the body are hallmarks of Qi gong and bagua practice. A great way to start the weekend, participants will leave feeling invigorated yet relaxed.
