Meditation: Tools for Regulation’ with Kate & Siena
Join Siena and Kate on Wednesday evening's for a 1 hour group meditation & sound journey designed to aid in regulating the nervous system. This class is perfect for beginners and seasoned meditators - open to all. Pay by donation. Bookings essential. -
Qi gong and Bagua are internal martial arts in the family of Tai chi. During class participants will be taken through a gentle warm up, movements that strengthen the joints and surrounding muscles whilst incorporating the breath to bring alignment between body, mind and spirit. Standing meditation, gathering Qi energy and naturally warming the body are hallmarks of Qi gong and bagua practice. A great way to start the weekend, participants will leave feeling invigorated yet relaxed.

Enhance endurance, resilience, and recovery with expert breathwork techniques taught by Tim Altman. This class incorporates the Wim Hof Method and cold immersion to optimize physical and mental performance.
