  • In these immersive sessions, students are guided through the fundamentals of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga in alignment with traditional methods. Classes typically include a guided Half Primary Sequence with Sanskrit counting, cultivating rhythm, focus, and breath-led movement. Emphasis is placed on drawing awareness inward through steady Ujjayi breathing, the intelligent use of drishti (gaze), and the application of bandhas to support stability, lightness, and the safe containment of energy within the body. Alongside physical practice, I share practical insights into sustaining a long-term practice, injury prevention, and developing consistency both on and off the mat. These classes are an invitation to explore Ashtanga as a holistic practice — one that integrates breath, movement, concentration, and philosophy into a steady and sustainable path.
