Hi I’m Taylor,

I'm a down-to-earth yin yoga teacher and fitness instructor based in Torquay. My classes focus on staying present in the body and cultivating awareness of the physical sensations in each posture. I take a laid-back, personalized approach to teaching, making sure everyone feels comfortable and supported as they move through the practice in whatever way suits them best.

My yin yoga classes are perfect for anyone—no matter your level—who’s looking for deep relaxation, increased flexibility, or simply a quiet moment to yourself.

As someone who’s naturally energetic and always on the go, meditation felt totally out of reach at the beginning of my mindfulness journey. But yin offered juuust enough movement, and the stretching helped me stay grounded in my body and slow down my busy brain. Since completing my 100-hour yin yoga teacher training in 2022, I’ve absolutely loved sharing this practice with others.
